Jigsaw runs a weekly advice drop-in
This is provided as an opportunity to just pop in and speak with a worker face-to-face. The worker will be fully training in giving housing advice and the work is approved by the Community Legal Services which basically means you will receive sound advice that you can trust.
This will give you a chance to get basic advice and find out what your options are. We might be able to give you the right advice there and then so you don’t need to see us again. If we think we can work with you on target such as moving house or sorting out homophobic neighbours then we will assign you a case worker who will assist you in achieving this.
